Cranberry Citrus Relish

Very Easy
Makes 2 1/2 cups

12 oz. pkg. fresh cranberries (3 cups)

1 unpeeled orange, quartered

1-1 ΒΌ cups sugar


In a food processor bowl, process half of cranberries and orange sections until evenly chopped; repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges. In a medium bowl, stir sugar into cranberry-orange mixture. Refrigerate, covered, at least 24 hrs. to blend flavors.
