Spicy Tomato Relish
Makes 1 cup
- 14.5 oz. canned chopped Italian tomatoes with herbs and olive oil, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- - kosher salt, to taste
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; refrigerate, covered.
To Serve: Spoon on top of grilled burgers.
