Spicy Tomato Relish

Very Easy
Makes 1 cup

14.5 oz. canned chopped Italian tomatoes with herbs and olive oil, drained

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

1/8 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed

1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves

1 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar

- kosher salt, to taste


In small bowl, combine all ingredients; refrigerate, covered.

To Serve: Spoon on top of grilled burgers.
