Barbeque Butter Glaze
Makes about 1/2 cup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- - kosher salt and coarse black pepper, to taste
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat BBQ sauce until hot. Remove from heat; whisk in butter a few cubes at a time until fully incorporated. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Use immediately.
- This is an excellent glaze for grilled fish.
- Try it spooned over grilled steaks or salmon.
