Garlic Sauce

2 cups chicken broth

10 cloves roasted garlic

3 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. Kowalski's Fresh Thyme

1 tsp. Kowalski's Fresh Chives

1 tsp. Kowalski's Parsley

- kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper, to taste


Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until reduced to about 3/4 cup (10-15 min.). Discard garlic. Whisk in herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
