- 2 cups chicken broth*
- 10 cloves roasted garlic
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. fresh chives
- 1 tsp. parsley
- - kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper, to taste
*A note about gluten: To make this recipe gluten-free, use a gluten-free broth or stock, such as Kitchen Basics or More Than Gourmet Stock.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until reduced to about 3/4 cup (10-15 min.). Discard garlic. Whisk in herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
