Garlic Sauce

Very Easy
Makes about 3/4 cup
This easy sauce is delicious on pork, chicken, turkey or meatloaf.
  • 2 cups chicken broth*
  • 10 cloves roasted garlic
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • - kosher salt and coarse ground black pepper, to taste

  • *A note about gluten: To make this recipe gluten-free, use a gluten-free broth or stock, such as Kitchen Basics or More Than Gourmet Stock.


Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until reduced to about 3/4 cup (10-15 min.). Discard garlic; whisk in herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
