Wild Mushroom Sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms of your choice
- 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
In small skillet, melt butter. Sauté mushrooms until they begin to darken (6-8 min.). Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking until heated through (about 5 min.).
