Sautéed Apples with Granola

Serves 4
  • 1 ½ tbsp. butter

  • 1 lb. Granny Smith apples (about 2), peeled and sliced

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  • - Kowalski's Honey Snack Granola (from the Bakery Department)

  • - ice cream, for serving (optional)


Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add apples and sauté until just tender (8-10 min.). Stir in sugar and cinnamon; cook until sugar melts (about 1 min). Top with granola; serve with ice cream, if desired.
