Dill And Roasted Garlic Braised Potatoes With Chives
- 8-10 small (b-size) potatoes, quartered
- 2/3 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. chopped chives
- 3 tbsp. chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. minced roasted garlic
Braise or steam potatoes in a sauté pan with broth, chives, dill and garlic until potatoes are tender (about 15 min.). Serve immediately.
