Grilled Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes

Serves 4
  • 24 oz. bag Melissa's Dutch Yellow Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. Cover and continue cooking until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork (15- 20 min.). Drain and air-dry thoroughly; cut cooled potatoes in half. Toss with remaining ingredients. Grill potatoes in a grill basket over high heat, covered, until slightly charred (about 20 min.), stirring occasionally.
