Broccoli and Sautéed Red Pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 (12 oz.) bags fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
In small skillet over medium heat, melt butter; sauté red pepper strips in butter until crisp tender (3-5 min.). Microwave broccoli according to pkg. directions. In large serving bowl, combine broccoli, red pepper, butter and salt, tossing to coat.
