Broccoli and Sautéed Red Pepper

Serves 8
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into julienne strips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 24 oz. fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt

In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter; sauté red pepper strips in butter until crisp-tender (3-5 min.). Microwave broccoli according to pkg. directions. In a large serving bowl, combine broccoli, red pepper, butter and salt; toss to coat.
