Caramelized Onions

Makes about ⅓ cup

Ingredients

1 medium sweet yellow onion
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter

Directions
  1. Peel and slice onion; set aside.
  2. In a medium sauté pan, heat oil and butter over medium heat until butter melts.
  3. Stir in onion slices, separating rings; sauté onions until well browned (20 min.), stirring occasionally.
