Harvest Corn

Serves 6-8
Ingredients: 
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen corn
Instructions: 

In medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in onion and peppers; sauté until crisp-tender (3-4 min.), stirring occasionally. Stir in corn; continue cooking until corn is crisp-tender (4-6 min.). Serve immediately.
