Catering By Kowalski's Ordering Policies

Services Offered

We offer four tiers of service:

  • Pickup – You will pick up your items at Kowalski's Shoreview location.
  • Drop and Go – Our delivery driver will simply drop the items off at the event site.
  • Driver Setup – Our delivery driver will deliver the items to the event site, arrange the trays on tables, remove tray lids, set up any chafing dishes, light Sterno warmers and set out serving utensils. The driver does not stay to replenish or clean up.
  • Full Service – One or more servers will deliver, set up, replenish, clear empty plates, dispose of trash, etc. If you choose this option, we have rentals available such as tables, chairs, linens, china – anything you need for a successful event, we've got it covered!

Ordering & Payment Policies

All orders must be placed no later than 4 business days prior to your event.
For larger groups and/or serviced events, we ask that you contact us at least 7 business days prior to your event so we can have adequate time to plan.

Orders totaling $1,000 or more require a signed contract.
Full payment for all orders is due 7 days prior to your event. For order requests with less than 7 days notice, full payment is due at the time of order placement.

All orders are subject to applicable local sales tax and an 8% production fee. If your order includes service staff (servers, event leads, bartenders, etc.), the production fee will be 20%.

The production fee is subject to sales tax and is not a gratuity. The production fee is used to offset operating expenses and cost increases. You may add a gratuity if you wish.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders canceled less than 72 hours prior to your event will be billed 50% of all food, beverage and rentals.
  • Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to your event will be billed in full.
  • Orders canceled at any time will result in the loss of deposit.
