Combine 3 tbsp. mayonnaise with 1 tbsp. lowfat Greek yogurt; stir in 2 tbsp. finely chopped celery and 2 tsp. finely minced shallots. Stir in 1 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice; season dressing with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Season 12 oz. peeled and deveined shrimp with salt. In a large skillet over medium-high heat,sauté shrimp in a little bit of sesame oil. Divide shrimp between 4 toasted hoagie rolls garnished with Bibb lettuce and dressing.
