Easiest Waffles for Dinner

Homemade Waffles

EASIEST WAFFLES
In a large mixing bowl, whisk 1 egg until very foamy. Add 1 ⅓ cups Kowalski's Pancake Mix, 1 cup water and 4 tsp. canola oil; whisk to combine just until evenly moist (mixture will be slightly lumpy). Scoop batter quickly and evenly onto a preheated waffle iron; cook according to manufacturer's instructions until waffle is crisp and well browned. When waffle is finished, place directly on the rack in a preheated 350° oven. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve waffles hot from the oven with Cinnamon-Vanilla Maple Syrup and other desired toppings.

CINNAMON-VANILLA MAPLE SYRUP
In a small microwave-safe measuring glass, combine 1/2 cup Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, a pinch of Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. vanilla paste. Microwave until butter melts (about 30 sec.); stir and serve warm.
