Triple Berry Shortcakes

Our Triple Berry Shortcakes start with our scratch-made vanilla bean scones, which we bake right in-store. Each scone is halved and filled with sweet vanilla bean whip, then topped with a mixture of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries that we've marinated in fresh orange juice and zest.

Special K Bars

A classic combination of Special K cereal and peanut butter makes these bars chewy and delicious. They're topped with semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Crispy, chewy and sweet, they're the ultimate dessert!

Boston Cream Roll Boston Cream Roll

Boston Cream Rolls

Our new Boston Cream Rolls are the brainchild of Kristine Shaak (pronounced shock), a protégé of former Salty Tart Bakery owner Michelle Gayer. They are an updated, scratch-made take on the classic Boston cream pie. Kristine's light vanilla bean sponge cake is soaked with an almond syrup while the cake is still warm for optimal effect. It's then filled with handmade vanilla bean diplomat custard, covered in our dark chocolate ganache and finished with a white chocolate drizzle.

Like the original Boston cream pastry from Boston's Parker House Hotel, ours is topped with almonds, not maraschino cherries. We use scratch-made sugared sliced almonds, like those found on our Swedish Cream Pies. The rolled cake promises a better cream-to-cake ratio and makes for an elegant presentation at the table. It's light, delicate and not too sweet.
