George Weimer was born and raised on a dairy farm right in the heart of America’s Dairyland in the Chippewa Valley. Three generations lived and worked on that small family farm in Jim Falls, Wisconsin.
That small farm has long been gone, however, the lessons learned have held tight. George and his wife, Stacey, started a wholesale bakery based in Menomonie, Wisconsin, in the heart of America’s Dairyland, called Dairyland Bakery. Their luscious and creamy cheesecakes are made with fine Wisconsin cream cheese and dipped in dreamy chocolate.
