Meat & Seafood Director
Troy Schmeling’s career in the grocery business began when he was just 14 years old, working as a bagger. He later took on the role of part-time lunch meat stocker and worked his way up to becoming a Meat Manager at the White Bear Lake Market. In his role as Meat & Seafood Director, Troy's main responsibility is to work with producers and processors who share his passion for bringing truly all natural meats and sustainably caught seafood to the market place.
