Meat 101: Holiday Entertaining - US Foods of Plymouth

Join us for an educational class on center-of-the-plate meat preparation for this upcoming holiday season. This class will feature two different ways to prepare a turkey for Thanksgiving as well as tips for perfect prime rib roasts, beef tenderloins, rack of pork loin roasts, and fresh leg of lamb for the Christmas season. You will also learn how to prepare a couple of classic holiday seafood staples, such as king crab and lobster tails. Wine and beer pairings and a few appetizers will also be served during this 2-hour class.
