Holiday Lemon Crostini

Ingredients

- Kowalski's Cranberry Walnut Bread (from the Artisan Bread Table), sliced about ½" thick
- fresh ricotta cheese (from the Specialty Cheese Department), to taste
- Kowalski's Lemon Curd, to taste
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. Toast bread until dark golden-brown but still chewy inside.
  2. Spread with ricotta cheese, then lemon curd.
  3. Sprinkle toast lightly with pepper; serve immediately.
