Grilled Chicken with Sesame Ginger Peanut Dip

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
11 oz. Stonewall Kitchen Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce, divided
½ cup peanut butter
2 cups heavy cream
- kosher salt and freshly ground black peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. Place chicken in a baking dish; coat with ½ the sauce.
  2. Marinate for several hrs. to overnight, turning once or twice.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
  4. Pour remaining sauce into a small saucepan; whisk in peanut butter and cream.
  5. Bring sauce to a simmer over medium-low heat (do not boil).
  6. Grill chicken on preheated grill until firm, evenly browned and cooked through
  7. Season chicken to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Arrange cooked chicken on individual plates or a serving platter; cover and let rest for 5 min.
  9. Ladle warm sauce over chicken or pour into a bowl for dipping. Serve immediately.
