Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

½ cup Kowalski's Salted Butter
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Pizza Seasoning
24 oz. (2 pkgs.) Kowalski's Pizza Dough (from the Bakery Department)
¼ cup grated Kowalski's Parmesan Cheese, plus 2 tbsp. for sprinkling over top

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat butter, olive oil, garlic and seasoning over medium heat.
  2. Remove pan from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°.
  4. Using a pastry brush, coat a loaf pan with a small amount of butter mixture; set aside.
  5. Place dough on a floured work surface; roll into a rough 10" circle.
  6. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into five 2" strips; cut again in the opposite direction to make approx. 25 pieces.
  7. Working one at a time, fold each piece of dough into a loose ball by folding the corners into one another; gently roll dough in the palm of your hand and place in the pan, overlapping as you go, stirring and drizzling butter mixture onto dough periodically.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven until golden (30-35 min.).
  10. Allow bread to rest in pan for 10-15 min. before turning out onto a serving platter.
