Italian 11-Layer Dip

Ingredients

8 oz. Kowalski's Signature Herb Spread (from the Deli Grab & Go Case)
⅓ cup olive tapenade (from the Olive Bar)
½ cup finely diced tomato
2-3 tbsp. finely chopped red onion, to taste
½ oz. finely chopped fresh basil
½ oz. finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 thinly sliced green onions
1-2 tsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
¼ lemon, in a wedge
- pine nuts, to taste
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
- pita chips, for serving

Directions
  1. Spread herb spread evenly on a 10-12" rimmed dinner plate or similarly sized serving platter; spread olive tapenade on top.
  2. Layer next 5 ingredients (through green onion) one at a time in the order listed.
  3. Drizzle with oil; squeeze lemon wedge over plate.
  4. Garnish with pine nuts and pepper; serve with pita chips.
