Ginger Icing

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

3-4 tbsp. Ginger Simple Syrup, to taste
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
- skim milk, as needed (a few spoonfuls at most)

Directions
  1. Prepare syrup as directed in our Ginger Simple Syrup recipe.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and butter; whisk in milk a tiny bit at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Drizzle or spread on cookies, brownies, cakes, coffee cakes, scones, banana bread or other pastries.
