Strawberry Sour Cream Tart

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup sour cream
2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 qt. fresh strawberries
½ cup Stonewall Kitchen Strawberry Jam

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla until completely combined.
  3. Spread filling into crust; cover ad chill in the referigerator until firm (at least 4 hrs.).
  4. Arrange berries over filling just before serving.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, whisk jam to a loose consistency; drizzle over berries. Serve immediately.
