Florentine Dessert Parfaits
Ingredients
- Kowalski's Florentine Cookies, coarsely broken
1 ½ cups
heavy cream
¼ cup
superfine sugar
½ tsp.
vanilla
- whipped cream
- fresh raspberries
- lemon zest
Directions
In medium bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form; beat in sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. In 6 parfait glasses, layer whipped cream, raspberries, lemon zest and Florentines twice in each glass using all ingredients.
