Kowalski's Sweet Cream Tiramisu

Ingredients
⅔ cup very strong brewed coffee or espresso
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. superfine sugar, divided
15 oz. Kowalski's Sweet Cream
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
4 ½ oz. (about 1 ½ pkgs.) soft ladyfingers
3 oz. bar Kowalski's Triple Espresso 72% Cocoa Chocolate Bar, shaved
Directions

In a small glass measuring cup, combine coffee with 2 tbsp. sugar; stir together until sugar dissolves, then set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat remaining sugar and next 3 ingredients with an electric mixer on low speed until thoroughly combined. Continue beating on medium speed just until soft peaks form. Arrange 1/2 of the ladyfingers in a 7x10" (about 2 ¾ qts.) glass baking dish. Evenly spoon 1/2 of the espresso mixture over ladyfingers to soak them. Evenly spread 1/2 of the sweet cream mixture over ladyfingers; sprinkle evenly with 1/2 of the shaved chocolate. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, several hrs. to overnight before serving.
