Garden Fresh Veggie Salad

Ingredients
1 pt. grape tomatoes, halved
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 cup diced green bell pepper
½ English cucumber, sliced
¼ cup chopped red onion
⅓ cup feta cheese crumbles
⅓ cup Greek vinaigrette
1 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, or serve immediately.

 

A note about gluten: When a gluten-free vinaigrette is used, this recipe is gluten free.
