Apple Butter Dressing
Ingredients
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Apple Butter
2 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar
2 tsp.
Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp.
very finely minced fresh shallots
½ tsp.
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together apple butter, vinegar, syrup, shallots and mustard.
- Drizzle in olive oil very slowly, whisking constantly to form an emulsion.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
