Cook pasta in boiling water according to pkg. directions; drain and keep warm. While pasta cooks, combine tomato bisque, broth and milk in a medium pot over medium heat; cook until very hot but not boiling (about 8 min.). Add hot drained pasta to the soup. Garnish individual servings to taste.
