Creamy Yogurt Dip

Ingredients: 

1 cup plain yogurt

1 garlic clove, mashed to a paste with 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. ground coriander

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp. chili powder

- dash cayenne pepper

- coarse ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions: 

Stir together all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Note: Serve with grilled spiced meats (such as poultry or flank steak), with pita chips or whole grain crackers or with fresh veggies (such as carrots, celery, peppers, radishes, cauliflower, tomatoes, spring onions or string beans).
