Makes 16 sandwiches
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Old Farmhouse Chutney
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped pecans, toasted, divided
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed
  • 16 oz. loaf white bread, very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and whipping cream on medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Stir in chutney, 1 cup pecans, curry powder and garlic until thoroughly combined. Spread cream cheese mixture on half of bread slices; cover with remaining bread slices. Trim crusts; cut sandwiches in half diagonally. Spread butter on outside edges of bread; roll in remaining chopped pecans.
