Indian 10-Layer Dip

Serves 6
  • 6 oz. whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup finely diced tomato
  • 3/4 oz. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
  • 1/2 of a lime
  • - cumin seeds, to taste
  • - freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  • - Kowalski's Pita Crackers, for serving

In a small mixing bowl, mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Spread mixture evenly on a 10-12" rimmed dinner plate or similarly sized serving platter; spread chutney on top. Layer next 4 ingredients (through green onions) one at a time in the order listed. Drizzle with oil; squeeze lime juice on top. Garnish with cumin seeds and pepper. Serve with crackers.
