Grilled Stone Fruit

Ingredients: 
  • 4 peaches, plums or nectarines, halved and pitted
  • - melted butter
  • 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • - brown sugar
Instructions: 

Brush both sides of each stone fruit with melted butter. Grill, cut side down, over high heat, covered, until fruit softens (8-10 min.), turning halfway through. Fill warm fruit halves with mascarpone; sprinkle with brown sugar.
