Bacon-Wrapped Parmesan Dates
- 24 Medjool dates, pitted
- 24 matchstick-shaped pieces Kowalski's Parmesan cheese, about 1/4" x 1/4" x 1 ½" (cut from a chunk)
- 12 slices bacon, cut crossways into halves
- 24 toothpicks
Stuff each date with 1 piece of cheese; set aside. Place bacon on rimmed baking sheet; bake in a preheated 450° oven until starting to crisp but still pliable (about 7 min.); remove from oven, allowing to cool until just warm enough to handle. Wrap partially cooked bacon around each date, securing with a toothpick; place 1" apart on baking sheet. Bake until bacon is fully cooked and lightly crispy (10-12 min.), turning once. Drain on paper towels; serve warm.
