1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
In a blender, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 milkshake glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
- Add 4 oz. bourbon to the blender, if desired.
