Lime Sour

Very Easy
Makes about 8 oz. (1 cup)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Bring lime juice and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat; cool 30 min. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

Note: You can also use lemon juice or a mixture of lemon and lime juice to make a sour mix.
