Lime Sour

Very Easy
Makes about 8 oz. (1 cup)
Ingredients: 

1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

1/2 cup sugar

Instructions: 

Bring lime juice and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat; cool 30 min. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Note: You can also use lemon juice or a mixture of lemon and lime juice to make a sour mix.
