2 oz. light rum

1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

1 oz. triple sec

1 oz. almond syrup (such as Torani brand)

6 oz. pineapple juice

- ice

2 oz. dark rum

2 maraschino cherries, for garnish

2 pineapple wedges, for garnish


Combine rum, lime juice, liqueur, almond syrup and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to combine; strain evenly into two highball glasses over ice. Evenly top each glass with dark rum (do not stir); garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple wedge. Note: Find flavored syrups from Torani in the coffee aisle.
