Ingredients
- ice
2 oz.
peach juice
½ oz.
Simple Syrup
5 dashes
Angostura bitters
2 slices
fresh peach
4 oz.
bourbon
2
fresh peach slices, for garnish
4
blackberries, for garnish
- sparkling water, cold
Directions
- Fill 2 old fashioned glasses with ice; set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle juice, simple syrup, bitters and peach slices.
- Add bourbon and ice; shake to combine.
- Strain evenly into prepared glasses.
- Add a peach slice, 2 blackberries and a splash of sparkling water to each glass; stir gently to combine.
