Ingredients

Rich in bone-strengthening calcium, magnesium and potassium and a good source of vitamins C, D and folate.

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup chocolate almond milk (or chocolate soy milk)
2 bananas, frozen
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Good to Know: Find chocolate almond milk or chocolate soy milk in the Dairy Department.
