- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2-4 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 7 oz. El Rey Chocolate of your choice, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. vanilla or 2 tbsp. liqueur of your choice
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine cream, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in chocolate; let stand 1 min. Whisk until smooth. Stir in vanilla or liqueur. Pour into fondue pot; serve with pound cake cubes, unfrosted brownie cubes, strawberries, pineapple, banana and dried apricots.
