Strawberry Balsamic Sundae

Very Easy
Serves 6
  • 16 oz. fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Kowalski's Balsamic Vinegar
  • - vanilla ice cream
  • - pistachios

Rinse strawberries; cut into 1/4" slices. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, sugar and vinegar; refrigerate, covered, 1-4 hrs.

To Serve: Scoop ice cream into small bowls; top with marinated strawberries and garnish with pistachios.

Alternate Recipe: Scoop ice cream into bowls; top with sliced strawberries and chopped pistachio. Drizzle with Balsamic Syrup.
