Lemon-Ginger Mousse

Serves 4

2 ½ jars Kowalski's Lemon Curd

- Ginger Whipped Cream (recipe link below)

2 tbsp. finely minced candied ginger, or to taste


In a large mixing bowl, whisk lemon curd to loosen. Add Ginger Whipped Cream to the bowl in 3 additions, folding gently. Scoop into serving dishes and garnish with minced candied ginger. Serve immediately.
