Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
Ingredients
1 ¼ cups
chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
2 tbsp.
sugar
5 tbsp.
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; toss with fork until well blended.
- Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate.
- Bake crust in preheated oven until firm to the touch (6-8 min.).
- Cool completely before using. Try this crust in our recipe for Chocolate Cream Pie (pictured).
