Black and Blue Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Kowalski's Cheesecake
- Kowalski's Lemon Curd, to taste
- fresh blackberries and blueberries, or other fresh fruit, as desired
- confectioners' sugar, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Spread top of cheesecake with a generous amount of lemon curd
- Top with fruit.
- Dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
