German Pancake
Ingredients
  3
eggs
  
                                  
  ½ cup
milk
  
                                  
  2 tbsp.
vegetable oil
  
                                  
  ½ cup
flour
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp.
kosher salt
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Nutmeg
  
                                  
  - dash
Kowalski's Ground Cloves (optional)
  
                                  
  1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter
  
                                  
  
- toppings, your choice: sliced bananas; ice cream; sliced fresh fruits or berries; fruit sauces and preserves; confectioners' sugar; Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup; etc.
  
                                  
  
- sauce of your choice, for drizzling (optional): Banana Caramel Sauce, Chocolate Whiskey Sauce and/or Sweetened Whipped Cream
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil; whisk until well blended.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
- Add butter to a 10" ovenproof skillet; melt in preheated oven.
- Pour batter into buttered ovenproof skillet; bake for 15 min.
- Prick the center of the pancake; continue baking until puffy and golden-brown (about 5 min. more).
- Cut pancake into wedges; serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
