Rosemary Blue Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

1 ⅓ lbs. Kowalski's Certified Humane USDA Prime 86% Lean Ground Beef
1 tbsp. finely minced fresh rosemary leaves
2 tsp. Kowalski's Signature Northwoods Grill Seasoning (from the Meat Department)
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1 pkg. (4 ct.) Kowalski's Sweet Egg Buns (from the Bakery Department), split and lightly toasted
4 leaves Bibb lettuce
4 slices red onion
4 slices tomato

Directions
  1. Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
  2. Using clean hands, mix ground beef, rosemary and grill seasoning in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined; form 4 patties.
  3. Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (about 4 min. per side for medium doneness), turning once. Top evenly with cheese after turning.
  4. Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
  5. Serve burgers on buns topped with lettuce, onion and tomato.
