Simple Parmesan Cream Sauce

Very Easy
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
Ingredients: 
8 oz. pkg. Neufchâtel cheese, diced
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Kowalski’s Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Instructions: 

Microwave all ingredients in a 1 qt. casserole dish in 1 min. increments until sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally. Toss with hot, cooked pasta.
