Camembert and Caramelized Onion Pizza
Ingredients

Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  
                                  
  1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter

medium sweet yellow onion, sliced

Manoucher Fokachio Romana Rosemary & Onion Bread (from the Bakery Department)
  
                                  
  ½ wheel
Camembert cheese (from the Specialty Cheese Department), rind removed, cubed
  
                                  
  ½ cup
sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil and herbs, blotted dry
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat oven to 425°.
- While oven preheats, melt butter with olive oil in a medium sauté pan. Stir in onion slices, separating rings; sauté until onions are well browned (20 min.), stirring occasionally.
- Place bread on a baking sheet; layer bread with cheese, onions and tomatoes.
- Bake pizza in preheated oven until cheese in the center is melted (8-12 min.).
- Remove from oven; cut into wedges for serving.
