Grilled Italian Sausage Flatbreads with Roasted Tomato Salsa

Ingredients: 
  • 1 (7 oz.) container Divina Roasted Tomatoes, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp. snipped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 Kowalski's Italian Sausages
  • 2 St. Paul Flatbreads, cut in half
Instructions: 

In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Preheat grill to high. Using direct heat cooking method, arrange sausages on grill rack. Grill until cooked through (6-7 min.), turning halfway through. Arrange each sausage in center of flatbread; top with salsa. Fold flatbread around filling; return to grill, grilling until flatbread is slightly toasted (1-2 min. per side). Serve immediately.
