Chicken, Grape and Cheddar Pasta Salad

Serves 6
  • 16 oz. whole grain rotini pasta
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Kowalski's Signature Rotisserie Chicken, bones and skin
        removed, meat chopped or pulled by hand into large chunks
  • 1/2 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. seedless red grapes
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions; drain. Cool to room temperature. In a medium bowl, combine next 4 ingredients; refrigerate, covered. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients; toss with dressing to coat.
